First I would like to let you know why this may be an unusual review - the reason for this is because I am commenting on this business for not doing business with me!!

I found that my washer was leaking from the back. The technician from Boca Raton Appliance Repair investigated the leaking problem and told me that I really didn't have much of a problem at all. He showed me how to solve it on my own and told me how to prevent something like this from happening in the future. Since I obviously had an honest person in my house, I also mentioned other electrical and painting issues that I was having in the kitchen. The technician checked out what I was talking about and recommended different contractors and stores for me to visit. I then asked about the cost. But since it was a problem that I could solve on my own, he just charged me the appliance service call.

This is clearly a very unusual business practice. I am certain that in some point of our life’s, we all may have been taken advantage of by different professionals, whether it be for appliance repair, plumbing, car repair, simply because we may not have much knowledge about their field. However, the Boca Raton Appliance Repair technician was so kind to help a senior citizen save several hundreds dollars. I am very impressed with this service and company's policies and employees. I have been telling my friends about them ever since!

Next time if I need something to be fixed on my appliances I am definitely calling Boca Raton Appliance Repair. They have my business from now on and if I have any say about it - all of my friends' business
as well!!!

I had Boca Raton Appliance Repair come to my house for three issues:

-My GE oven wasn’t heating on the bottom.
-My Bosh dishwasher door wasn’t closing.
-My Kenmore dryer was taking too long to dry clothes.

The Boca Raton Appliance Repair technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He did a great job of clearly explaining my options. Unlike other home improvement technicians that we've come across, he definitely didn't seem like he was out to make a quick buck.

He ended up fixing the all my appliance problems. And, for the oven problem, he reset the control panel which took him less than five minutes. When I offered to pay for that, he just said that that was “on the house.”

I will definitely call Boca Raton Appliance Repair again.
